How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time through your Account Settings page. Simply scroll to the 'Delete Account' section and follow the prompts. You'll be asked to confirm your decision twice to prevent accidental deletion. When you delete your account, all of your personal data, funeral preferences, and guardian information will be permanently removed from our systems. Some information may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance or dispute resolution purposes, but will be permanently deleted after this period. Please note: If you have active Goodbye Guardians, you may want to notify them before deleting your account, as they will lose access to your preferences.
