Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When you log in from a new device or browser, Goodbye Guide will send a one-time password (OTP) to your registered email address. You must enter this 6-digit code to complete your login. Once a device is recognized as trusted, you won't be asked for the OTP again on that device unless you clear your browser data or use a different browser. This helps protect your account even if someone knows your password. MFA is automatically enabled for all accounts and cannot be disabled, as it's essential for protecting your sensitive information.
