What if my Goodbye Guardian loses their access code?

If a Goodbye Guardian loses their access code, you can resend it to them. Log in to your account, go to 'Goodbye Guardians', find the guardian in question, and click 'Resend Email'. This will send a new email with their access code to the email address you have on file. If their email address has changed, you'll need to update their information first, then resend. The access code remains the same unless you remove and re-add the guardian, which would generate a new code.
