How long is my data stored?

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to keep your account active. Once a Goodbye Guardian accesses your information after your passing and confirms that your wishes have been fulfilled, we'll securely delete your data from our systems. You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time through your Account Settings. Some information may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance purposes, but will be permanently deleted after this period.
